very big fonts

I realise that I have possibly just made a silly purchase here, but this is my problem:

I recently bought a new laptop and 3200x1800 on a 13" screen sounded so mad I decided to get it.

However, even with fonts set to "big" I am having a really really hard time reading stuff.

Is there anything I can do do make them even bigger?

(The other choice for this particular laptop was 1900xsomething but the 9 year old one I was replacing
was 1600x1080 and I thought dammit it's 2015.. I want something absurd. So, I'm learning why
maybe I shouldn't have.)

Can make the font even bigger.

Ooh. This is almost everything I could have asked for.

(The font in my health/mana bars is still unreadably small, and the name above the minimap in the top right hand corner)
