Does this game have anti-escort-grinding measures?

It seems that if you restart the same character more than once, the game stops giving you escorts in trollmire and norgos' lair. Is this true? Is there a away around it? I particularly need the celestial/light talent category from the anorithil escort to make the build I want work, and quite frankly without it there's not enough worthwhile for a Cornac Arcane Blade to invest generic talent points in.

Nope, there is only luck.
Some zones can not have escorts, but it's fixed forever

Addons. Succor is a good example.

The escort locations are determined when you first make your character. If you die and choose the option to remake the same character, the new character will have the same escort locations (but not escort types). If you make a new character from the character creation screen, the escorts will be randomized again.
