Retrieving a save from the vault

Is it possible to retrieve a save from the online profile?

When I moved my character from 1.2.5 to 1.3.0 it caused some errors, like being unable to save. As such, the online profile hasn't been updated with the 1.3.0 version, so I am hoping to fetch it. Link to character : http://te4.org/characters/27167/tome/f1 ... 14ff956fb2

The online profile is just text - it doesn't actually keep a copy of the save.
Only steam keeps saves online.
Addons: Arcane Blade Tweaks, Fallen Race, Monk Class, Weapons Pack
Currently working on Elementals. It's a big project, so any help would be appreciated. :)
