1.) yeah so I tried to create a topic and it got deleted when i hit submit, what did I do wrong?

2.) what city do I go to in order to build my own rare weapon and name it?

3.) my character is stuck in a farportal and I don't want to break it (when I try to advance it fails to generate the level and I have to force quit the game)

Your topic wasn't deleted, first posts don't appear until approval. Now that it's happened, it won't be an issue again.

As for where you can get self-named artifacts, it's Last Hope, and you must save the merchant first. It'll also require 4k gold, and isn't active until you come back from the east.

Finally, if your farportal has broken, it'd be nice to have the logfile when it fails to generate. Generate a broken level and snag the logfile for a bug report, so it can be fixed. Additionally, one of the game-mods (Me, stuntofthelitter, or Dekar) can warp you out of there, assuming it can't be fixed. There's a possibility that stunt can outright fix it and let you complete the farportal instead.

Re 3): I have that problem sometimes, as well. Usually, saving just before advancing, and repeating the force quit - reload cycle a few times, gets me unstuck.
