Sup, I just had a dumb question. Would Bloom or Hidden Resources(HR) negate the cost of sustains? I'm not asking about the most common sustains that simply reduce to maximum amount of resource X that you have to deal with. I'm asking about sustains like Forcefield that actively drain your resources per turn.
Also, Bloom and HR have a strange wording difference. Bloom states "active talents" while HR just says "talents". could this mean that there are some talents where HR works but Bloom wouldn't?
Are prodigies categorised as something other then talents? IE could HR or Bloom work on prodigies?
Welp that was three dumb questions, not one.

Re: Hidden resources/bloom and sustains
I don't think it stops resource drains, just the costs for activating a talent.
There is no difference between Hidden Resources and Bloom.
None of the prodigies have a resource cost.

My feedback meter decays into coding. Give me feedback and I make mods.
Re: Hidden resources/bloom and sustains
Huh, I just kinda assumed some prodigies would have a resource cost. Coincidentally the only prodigy that DOES have a resource cost is a sustain that actively drains stamina: Never stop running.
Draining sustains tend to be very powerful so I guess it makes sense why it wouldn't work.
