Does buying ToME from Steam give access to the custom tiles?

Does buying ToME from Steam give access to the custom tiles?

So ToME is free to play but it can also be bought from Steam. Donating gives access to the custom tiles so does buying ToME from Steam also give access to them?

Yes, buying is considered donating when it comes to donator benefits.
Stronk is a potent combatant with a terrifying appearance.
