Off hand dagger accuracy for that weapon or both?

Does off hand dagger accuracy bonus affect just the dagger or both weapons?

(I notice a lot of artifact daggers give a bonus and was hoping to abuse it. I'm thinking of playing a Marauder with dagger+1H weapon and trying to think of ways to cut down on need for generic talent points. I was thinking of ignoring the dagger damage completely so I can focus on the 1H damage generic skill. Then I was thinking I could put fewer points in accuracy by always choosing the dagger with the best accuracy bonus. A prerequisite for one of my desired class skills gives huge temporary +accuracy for anyone who is unusually slippery.)

It should apply to both. Accuracy is not a weapon specific stat.

If you really want to be sure, look at where the +Accuracy bonus is listed. If it's under "When Wielded", the bonus applies to everything, not just the dagger.

If you really want to be sure, better look at the character screen, 'attack' tab. Accuracy is listed per weapon here. Check, equip dagger, check again to see the differences.
