This feels like an exceedingly stupid question rather than a bug... I'm trying to create a Doombringer so I can check out the new expansion. Login through Steam the same way I always login through the Steam client. Go to create a new character, set things up for a Dwarf Doombringer on Normal difficulty in Adventure mode. Brings me to the little status bar thing that indicates that it's generating a level. And it doesn't generate. The bar keeps moving like it's going to do something, but it never does. Minutes roll by as nothing happens. The application hasn't stopped or anything it's just not generating the level at all.
So I force close and try again several hours later. Same thing.
Go into the local file (through My Computer, not Steam) and get in just fine. Try to create the character only to find that the Doombringer option isn't there. Which makes sense I suppose, I did buy it through Steam. So I back out and try to use the login through Steam button... nothing.
So what do I do here? I can create other race/class combinations just fine, but Doombringer just isn't happy. Thoughts? Solutions? Answers?

What exactly am I looking for in the log? And I'm assuming this is the te4_log file?

That's my guess. It probably hasn't been updated for 1.2.4. I've seen others say they have had issues with it on the newest version of ToME.
