Help! what did I do to my hotkey bar???

I was dragging a particular new talent to its right place, rearranging and all the sudden its like everything gets dragged to the left and half my arrangement is gone from the left over! What did I do? can I get them back or do I just start from scratch?

Page up and page down will cycle pages of hotkeys. That should sort it for you.

Maybe this is something that could have its default hotkeys changed to something harder to press on accident? Like how the default hotkey for passive/active movement was changed. I see this question asked an awful lot and if you press it on accident it makes the game nigh unplayable until you fix it.
