Alchemist escort and psiblades

I am currently playing a yeek solipsist and i found an alchemist escort.
If i take a level in psiblades at 0.8 eff lvl will it scale to 1.2 when i buy the category from zigur?

If you have got the category from an escort, when you buy it at Zigur, it will be 1.1 (locked for 100gp, unlocked for 500).
Then you can increase it to 1.3 for 750 gp.
