Unlock sync across machines

I have unlocked two additional races (one in exploration mode, other in adventure) and can create a PC of each race from the machine I unlocked from.
However, I can access only one of those two from another machine.

In my online profile, there's no indication of the second unlock (or of one of the classes I've unlocked).

Any idea what's going on?

(I am not using Steam)
