Resizing the Classic UI?

Resizing the Classic UI?

I switched from the Minimalist UI to the Classic one, but now I only have one row of hotkeys and cannot find the button to make more/resize the bar.
Where is it on this mode?

if you haven't found it yet, game options --> icons hotkey toolbar rows
