Steam Redeem Key

Hi,

Here's a dumb question. So I've donated once, bought the game once (Gamersgate maybe?), and now I've just bought it a second time through the Indie Gale January bundle, which gave me a Steam key. I went to the Keys\Redeem site on te4, but it says "wrong or invalid" key when I try to put in the steam key.

Am I doing something wrong?

If it gave you a steam key, you redeem it on steam?

Right, yes, I did that, but what I was really after was for the purchase to show up in my balance on te4 (in Voratun Coins). I believe that darkgod said once that if you buy the game from a third party, you can use the key to increase your donator status.

Have you linked your te4 account with your Steam account?

DG never actually anticipated people purchasing the game from two different sources. In my case, I donated, then bought it on Steam, then purchased again through the Indie Gala deal. You just have to PM him and let him know that you did it so he can properly credit your account.
