Question re: Superpower prodigy and Dream Hammer

Superpower adds a 30% willpower modifier to all weapons. Does that include the solipsis dream hammer or only weapons that are actually equipped?

I see nothing in the talent code that would override it. However, it does look like the tooltip for Dream Smith's Hammer won't update (neither for Superpower nor for Arcane Might). Still, it's calling the same attackTargetWith functions that the other melee talents (including the Attack talent) use, and it's not overriding the damage calculations or anything.
