Why is my cornac Berserker's default attack speed 120%?

Why is my cornac Berserker's default attack speed 120%?
It displays on the character sheet that my cornac Berserker has an attack speed 120%.
First question, what does it mean? I guess it means my attacks would be slightly slower, because sustaining Precise Strike increase the speed from 120% to 133.3%, is my guess right?
If my guess is right, then what caused the attack speed? I've changed several equipment, but the attack speed didn't change. So, I guess it's not because of some hidden effect of my wearings. And I found out that when using weapons of 90% attack speed, the attack speed display on character sheets are still 120%. So I wonder is that something wrong with the display or is that some change of the mechanism? If it's about mechanism, then what caused a slow attack speed of my character?

Can I see your character sheet please? There's a certain weapon that slows your attack speed down to that value.

Don't all 2handers automagically have 120% attack speed by default? And since any berserker would be using a 2hander at birth, this seems normal?

It's because you are wearing gauntlets. I think that it's just a cosmetic bug because they slow down your unarmed attacks, but I'm not sure.
Re: Why is my cornac Berserker's default attack speed 120%?
Yes, you are right, lukep. I did some experiments in the training room, and it turns out that it is because of my Gauntlet. And it is a cosmetic bug, since it has no actual effect.
But there is another thing that I don't understand. I'm wearing a quick weapon of 90% attack speed, but I can't see the speed bonus reflected. Every attack of mine takes exactly one training turn, and I assume a training turn is a game turn, so there must be something wrong. Is that a bug?

count carefully your turns and opponents. every ten turns, you'll get two hits and he'll get one. the 10% you gain each turn with the faster weapon accumulates.

Precise strikes will cancel out the speed gain, and bring you back to 100%. Cancel precise strikes and you should get your extra swing every ten turns.

No, sustaining Precise Strike costs me an extra turn every 10 turns. The quick weapon just didn't work.

Iven, to understand speed in tome, read my guide: http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=36880IvenGray wrote:No, sustaining Precise Strike costs me an extra turn every 10 turns. The quick weapon just didn't work.

Thanks, jenx. I've read your guide before, and it is pretty helpful.
My problem was that my quick weapon have the same combat speed as a normal 100% attack speed weapon. As you can see in my screenshots, I was wearing a quick weapon, and I found no other equipments to slow my atk speed. Then I did some experients in the training room:
-Precise Strike off, and character sheet says my atk speed 120%. I hit the dummy for 50 turns, turns out exactly one turn per hit.
-Precise Strike on, shown atk speed 133.33%, about every 10 hits takes another turn.
-Switched to normal weapon, shown atk speed didn't change. But I forgot to hit the dummy to test actual speed.
I suspect it was some bug. But I've gone over the period, and my then used weapon is now transmogrified, so I can't prove.
