I has a 100 attak speed, and when i use rampage statistic says thet it drops to 81.70%
But the skill diiscription says it must be encreased...
What's a point?

Attack speed is the percentage of a turn it takes to attack, so lower is better.
Global speed is how much energy you gain per game tick, so higher is better.

Now statistic description is broken - it says, that at 100% aspeed i can attak twise per turn. But 100% is beginnng attack speed...
