How to unlock?

Just curious how to unlock the Adventurer class(es).

For that matter, if anybody can post a link to a list of how to unlock everything in general, that would be awesome (I've searched on the wiki with no luck).

I've already unlocked a few of the really easy classes/races (Wyrmic/Summoner/Yeek/Archmage/Cursed), but it would be great to know what to keep an eye out for while playing so that I don't miss easy unlock opportunities.

Adventurers unlock when you beat the game (although probably not on exploration mode).
