Suncloak interactions

How does Suncloak interact with stuff like Solipsism, Web of Fate, etc? Is the damage cap enforced before or after damage conversion to psi, shifting, etc? I assume shields apply before the damage cap?

Suncloak acts the same way as ghoul resilience. This thread has a detailed analysis of the order various damage reduction methods are applied in. Resilience is applied very late, after almost every other damage reduction method. Certainly after any damage reduction method that sun paladin gets access too. Combined with sun paladin's high life rating, the suncloak damage cap very very rarely comes into play.
