Frenzied Focus

If only one monster is in range, will it hit 4 times per turn (maxxed) against that one monster?

Against a single foe, Frenzied Focus doesn't even stack with Beyond the Flesh.
Check out my addons: Nullpack (classes), Null Tweaks (items & talents), and New Gems fork.
