King of Stair Scumming?

I just noticed that the paradox mage can use time skip on a creature to remove it from the timeline, then when you use stairs and rest, when you return, the enemy will still be removed from the timeline, and will return as he was (in otherwords, he won't heal). Not sure how useful this will be (since the paradox mage only has limited ability to hold his position on stairs), but it seems like it should be pretty useful vs caster bosses (for players who don't mind stair scumming).
