Is there a problem with Shadows?

I have my shadows maxxed, and am in the maze, but can only get one shadow to spawn. I've tried deactivating and reactivating call shadows, but nada.

Any advice?

They spawn over time, not all at once.

If you turn the sustain off, though, it dismisses all of them and starts over with one Shadow.

Leave it running for a while -- like over a hundred turns -- and see how many shadow buddies you get.
