What kind of damage?
A number of Doomed abilities don't state what kind of damage they deal. In fact, I think all of them. Darkness for example, should probably do dark damage.
Re: What kind of damage?
It's probably because each tree more or less does the same kind of damage (punishments = mind, force of will = physical, darkness = darkness), but yeah, if this is true, then doomed needs some clarity.
That being said, I'm pretty sure the new doomed tree tells you what kind of damage it does.

Re: What kind of damage?
I assumed some of it was because Gestures do mind damage, and thus proc your mindstar stats. I'll look at it again, but I'm pretty sure there is no mention of damage type in the entire Doomed skill trees.
Indeed, Devour Life is perhaps most unclear - "x life from the victim will be added to your own"
Is that 'does damage and heals you for that amount'? Can it overheal? What sort of damage?

I don't remember and I don't have the code in front of me, but it might be "damage" damage. And yes, it works like normal healing, so no over healing.

What's "'damage' damage"?
Re: What kind of damage?
Just damage. No resists, no damage modifiers.

Re: What kind of damage?
That talent in the feed tree does physical damage. Sorry. :/

Re: What kind of damage?
The whole of Doomed is kind of confusingly labeled.
