Definitely more points in drain, 4/5 or 5/5 since it's an important tool for management. 2 points in combat acc is rarely a waste. Light and tinkers seems a bit overkill but you can afford it so go for it I guess

not sure what you'd want mana coil for though so maybe keep it as a swap and use some damage ones to increase your procs.
Something I like to do is 4/5 or 5/5 (forgot the breakpoint) Worm Walk, at that point the cooldown is lower than the maggot duration and you can generate vim from nothing over a long duration if you're alone in an area, aside from that it's very nice for the affinity, the mobility, and the increased heals. Those aside, points in epidemic or dark portal are rarely wasted.
Another thing I'd consider heavily is Blunt Thrust; one of Reaver's biggest faults is that they don't have a reliable stun that doesn't need multiple talents that double check saves and immunities.
