I've got a level 40 Higher Archmage with Aether Permeation. Between Born into Magic and gear, my arcane resistance is currently at the cap. I've realized, however, that I have some extra generic points and could apply them to Thick Skin (3% resist all/point).
Can anyone explain how these two things stack? Do they stack? Or would I effectively be buying just 15% arcane resistance, which won't help anyway because of the cap?
