So I finally unlocked the Marauder last night. I think this can actually be done just be playing normally, but I'd never done so well on a rogue before. I was starting to think I'd have to go the 2-handed route or hope for the best with venom strike/poisons without killing a creature first.
I was using dual-daggers (and not great daggers either). I maxxed out stealth early (which is not what I usually do..... wow that helped alot). Basically when I got to 30 I took the giant leap prodigy.
Leaped on a normal enemy with around 700 health from stealth and boom unlocked. I had stealth and shadow strike maxxed as well as lethality/backstab/dagger mastery/combat accuracy and dual wield passives.
