I am playing Shalore Marauder currently lvl 16 on nightmare and i want to go antimagic but my daggers and few pieces of my eq are powered by arcane forces . I dont know if i should go antimagic. Is it profitable?

Yeah, shalore racials are spells, so they are disabled as antimagic. The equipment restriction is a significant hindrance, and marauders aren't one of the classes that can take the most advantage of the antimagic benefits.
To get full benefits from antimagic, you need to invest in maxing your wil stat with your level up points, as both the antimagic and fungus trees scale with that. You need a category point to unlock fungus, as that tree is a lot better than the antimagic tree itself. Lastly, you need to have generic points to spare to put in those categories. If all of those conditions don't apply to your character, don't even consider antimagic.
