[1.7.6] Nekarco's Quality of Life 06: Wait-Time and Real-Time (GOLDEN)

Here it is, the update to my probably most tentative QoL yet:
I present to you: Quality of Life #06: Wait-Time and Real-Time!

... There have been internal debates about whether the "Real-Time" part is QoL or not-- But I'll leave that argument up to all of you!

So! This one is VERY squirrelly compared to what I usually make! It probably has my lowest Stability rating, and it likely doesn't play nice with some other add-ons. However, that said, I'd still rate its stability as a "B-"-- Which is STILL PRETTY good!


Anyways-- complain, report, suggest... All of that stuff. PLEASE inform me about anything that is breaking or not working! My testing can only accomplish so much.
