Adds the Quickshot and Munitions Expert evolutions for Archers.
Quickshot:
Equip a second quiver(or pouch) in your tool slot and give your archery attacks a 50% chance to trigger a shot using the ammo equipped there. Shots fired from this slot will not deplete ammo.
Requires: Level 25, 50 Dexterity, hit the same target twice with Archery attacks within one turn. The last can be easily satisfied by using Volley on a Marked target, but anyone who wants to skip it via debug cheating can just add the attribute "can_quickshot" to the character.
Munitions Expert:
Enhance your shots with specially devised munitions.
You gain the Munitions talent tree unlocked at 1.3 mastery.
You will be able to learn and improve three types of munitions:
Incendiary - Shots deal additional weapon damage as fire in a radius around the main target.
Venomous - Shots deal added nature damage and inflict numbing poison, dealing further nature damage over time and reducing all damage dealt.
Piercing - Shots reduce armor and saves, and your physical penetration is increased.
Requires: Level 25, 50 Dexterity, 25 Cunning.

A prodigy for Munitions? The tree was nuts but I'm not sure whether or not it's worth an entire Prodigy point. Maybe a buff to shot talents?

I kind of added it as a "why not" sort of thing. The talents were just sitting there, unused, and I was adding the Quickshot prodigy any, so I threw it in without much though. I'm not totally sure it's worth a prodigy point, either, but I'd guess that there are people who would take it just to try out the talents. Still, you're probably right it could use a little buff, maybe a free point or two in each talent of the tree. Changed the check used by Quickshot to fetch the tool slot ammo in order to accommodate steamguns, thanks to a report on Steam. An Archer can't off-shoot like a Gunslinger, and this won't change that it in any way and will explicitly only handle a mainhand launcher, anyhow.
