Adds a new mage subclass, the Incantor of Flame. Get it over here or on the Steam workshop.
This is the long-planned and much-procrastinated flip side of Frost Invoker. Rather than adding many, many new trees that generally work independently from each other, this only adds two new trees and combines them with existing talents with a focus on the interaction between the basic talents in the combined kit. Nothing too wild or complex here, but a fun little class that plays a bit like a tankier Bulwark with some spell casting support.

Forge:
Forge Strike: Create a shield of flame and then attack your foe with your weapon (for normal damage type) and shield (for Fire damage). While Flame Shield is in effect you take reduced damage from adjacent foes and may retaliate with Flame when you Block damage (50% chance).
Flash Brand: Smash your foe twice with your shield for Fire damage. If either attack hits a foe suffering from daze, burning or burning shock, you gain Flash Shock for 4 turns, an effect which reduces the cooldown of Flameshock by 14 turns. If Flameshock is on cooldown when this triggers, the cooldown is reset.
Rushing Flame: Charge at a foe up to 4 tiles away and smash them with your shield for Fire damage. If the attack hits, you follow up with a mighty blow from your weapon (for normal damage type). If the weapon attack hits a foe afflicted with burning or burning shock, you reset the cooldown of Rush.
Phoenix Strike: Attack with your weapon for Fire damage. If Last Stand is know, you will place it on cooldown (or deactivate it if active) to gain Phoenix Ward for 8 turns and smash your foe twice with your shield for Fire damage. Phoenix Ward is a magical effect that grants all of the same bonuses as Last Stand but does not prevent movement.
Tempered:
Tempered Mettle: Half of all incoming damage is converted to Fire and your Fire resistance and Fire resistance cap are increased. If you know this talent, shields will use Weapons Mastery.
Stoke the Forge: When you block you gain Mana based on the life regen from Fast Metabolism and Stamina based on the regen from Quick Recovery. When you deal Fire damage to a rare+ enemy you have a chance to trigger the stamina recovery of Unending Frenzy. Additionally, weapon attacks will use the faster of your weapon or spell speeds.
Refined Form: Gain Con based on Str, Cun based on Mag, and Wil based on Dex. When you land a melee hit as Fire damage, you have a 75% chance to extend Block by 1 turn if it is active or reduce the cooldown by 1 otherwise.
Burning Aegis: When you Block while sustaining Last Stand of affected by Phoenix Ward you cannot take a hit greater than X% of your maximum life. Additionally, using Rush will activate Block, ignoring cooldown.

Re: Incantor of Flame
v1.0.4
---
All changes are accounted for in the original post.
Changes since 1.0.3:
Conditioning is unlocked and Divination is locked.
Start with a point in Combat Accuracy.
Forge Strike can no longer target yourself (sorry manendake).
Forge Strike and Rushing Flame mainhand attacks now deal the weapon's normal damage type, instead of dealing Fire damage.
Flash Brand now triggers the Flash Shock effect when striking enemies that are suffering from burning or burning shock, as well as daze.
Flash Shock resets the cooldown of Flameshock when it triggers and now reduces the cooldown of Flameshock by 14 (up from 12).
Rushing Flame will now trigger the cooldown reset for Rush if it strikes a foe that is suffering from burning, as well as burning shock.
Stoke the Forge and Refined Form have swapped places.
Stoke the Forge now also causes melee talents to use your spell speed if it is faster than your weapon speed (yes, you can finally sustain Precise Strikes).
Edit:
Quick update because I caught a bug.
v1.0.5
---
Fixed a bug in Stoke the Forge speed replacement handling that caused it to affect more speeds than intended.
