Tweaks Ghoul Global Speed from -20% to -10%

Note: Due to the way starting details are defined in the game, Ghoul's starting zone and intro, life per level, immunities and default tiles are all set to the default from ToME 1.5.5 (and the global speed change is made too), so any changes to default by addons loaded earlier will be overwritten.

Now compatible with "Embers With All Races" addon by loading before it (it copies the Maj'Eyal races and applies them to the Embers campaign).

Incompatible with "Race Rebalancing Addon aka RACISM" since it also alters the Ghoul's Global Speed.
