and is there a list of all the factions somewhere to know what is available?
I managed to change my faction to 'enemies' and so that had the expected result so far, all enemies are friendly until attacked, and if I enter a village the villagers immediately attack me, but I'm not sure what would happen if I tried playing the whole game that way, but I was thinking there are various ways a race could have this effect, doppleganger or some psionic effect, whatever, end result being that as the walk around, everyone is like, "just one of us, hey how's it going?" and then you attack them and feel like a bad person going around attacking all your friends in their dungeons homes. It feels good walking into the dungeon and they are all buddies when I am used to being enemies. ("Why can't we all just get along!"). But then you attack them and they are all like "Why you do that!"
Enemies,Undead,Allied Kingdoms,Shalore,Thalore,Iron Throne,The Way,Angolwen,Keepers of Reality,Dreadfell,,Temple of Creation|H,Water lair|H,Assassin lair|H,Rhalore,Zigur,,Vargh Republic,Sunwall,Orc Pride,,Sandworm Burrowers,Victim,Slavers,,Sorcerers,Fearscape,,Sher'Tul,Cosmic Fauna
Copied from the code. I don't think you can have multiple factions, as they'd contradict one another, but you can just change the way different factions react to you. My rhaloren race sets Rhalore to friendly and Zigur to unfriendly each time they level their first talent.
I also see "neutral" as one, Eidolon has that. thought something said "Player" was one?
Well I dont know how to code anything. heck it took days just to find a program where I could open and save and the game still run it, so I don't think devoting so many hrs to trying to code something complicated enough that its worth making is too likely for me. game is getting kinda old on me and crashing a lot also...
But I wonder how some of those would relate to others, like "victim", lol. Faction = "victim". that's funny. hmm, could start as an enslaved whose mind develops resistance and breaks free from the slavers or something and develops psi powers and anti-psi powers and then have to fight to escape, and then the pc gets post traumatic stress dream illusion fights randomly throughout the game, like higher feedback could cause it, like it could cause portal to open and the imaginary slavers or from another reality come out and keep attacking throughout the game....
