[b40] Boosted stun/confusion resistance egos

In the early game, the only stat I look at on any given item is how much stun resist it provides, and toss out anything that has none. This makes gearing up pretty damn boring. So, I boosted the base stun defense on the relevant egos from 10-20% to 25-33%, meaning I only need to fill half my slots with stun resist and can start making interesting choices sooner.

Confusion has a similar problem, although it's not quite as pronounced, due to its later appearance, slightly higher rarity (compared to stun's complete ubiquity,) and the existance of the Wintertide Phial. So, I felt it was appropriate to buff confusion resist egos from base 10-15% to 20-25%.

I didn't look at or touch values for artifacts or imbued gems.

Packed as a ZIP, rename the extension to .teaa and save to your ToME 4\game\addons\ directory.

I've been using it, and it seems to be working fine.

It overwrites the built-in armor egos, which have probably been changed in b38. I'll whip up an updated version from the new raws, and pack it as a .teaa file this time if someone can confirm that the crash from ToME choking on multiple addons has been fixed.

I think you should had nerfed stun instead, the like 50% dmg reduccion and half the number of skills put to cooldown.
