The Forge is back! And not broken horribly this time!
It has rules!

'This process will transplant all egos from the 6 altars on the outside, onto the center item.
Items without egos (including artifacts) on outside altars will have no effect.
However, you can put ego-less items or artifacts into the center without issue.
Once an item has been forged once, it can never be re-forged, nor forged into other items.
Additionally, egos that are based on the weapon that they are applied on hitting (such as global speed slows) will have no effect if put on armor.

This process costs Rank points, which are gained for killing Unique+ rank enemies, and can be seen at the top of your char sheet.
The more egos you try to cram on a single item, the more expensive it gets. (It can easily reach into the tens of thousands when you get to higher levels.)'

This can still create very powerful items, but the process has become very expensive.

Non-Randart-Loot count for all randbosses has been lowered.
Demigod mode disabled.

Added Difficulties: Bug Report.

Level 25 Prodigy Point on Chaos can not be spend until 30, due to level 30 being required for prodigies.

Added rank # and title to item drops from Randbosses.

The Master is no longer forced to Demigod Rank. (Whoops.)

Final fix for randarts trying to be given to enemies with no inventory.

Items now use Last Hope's randart system for antimagic and arcane power.

Forge no longer overwrites any active effects on it's center item.

What Hath I Done Edition
---
Level cap increased to 200.
All vanilla npc boss levels multiplied by 3.
Max npc level in all zones multiplied by 5.
Experience rate doubled.
Rank spawn levels modified.
Item scaling tweaked.
Have fun with that.

For those who want an explanation;
Uniques currently has no early or mid game. At all.
So, this is an attempt to extend the early to mid game out, while also making the player feel very powerful as time goes on.
This could go horribly wrong.
And probably will.
But at least it'll be !!FUN!!.

Fixed a few bugs with Added Difficulties. And some enemies that don't have inventory slots.

Every achievement you gain will now have (Uniques) appended to the end of it.
They chains into normal achievements correctly.

NPC levels buffed more.
NPC Boss Ranks reorganized for better progression. (On Normal)

For the Insane+ people out there, town npcs can now spawn as randbosses again.
They will, however, be locked to Double spawn rate.

Atamathon and Linaniil are back to being the most painful beings in the universe.

Various minor to moderate bugs fixed.
