Perhaps they share my earlier hangup with using addons that are made for an earlier version? I rememberthat I wwould NOT use them. Until I was told they work...

Ranks now make enemies much, much tougher.
Be ready to actually run from some of the higher ranks now.
You now gain additional loot based on their rank.
All ranks get a pool of random ego items. Higher ranks get more, of course.
Additionally:
Uniques get 1 Randart.
Bosses get 2 Randarts.
Elite Bosses get 3 Randarts.
Heroic get 4 Randarts.
Legend get 5 Randarts.
Immortal get 6 Randarts.
Demigod get 7 Randarts.

Seriously love this StarKeep, but my major hangup that usually has me turning it off: I end up with WAY too much XP. Is there anyway to chop what the tweaked bosses give?

I'll slightly lower the xp rate of all ranks in general, but keep in mind this will apply to vanilla bosses as well.
Note that this won't be extremely major, as testing it would take ages, and little is better than more in this case.

In general, i really enjoy this addon that gives an interesting extra challenge, but some recent changes are too much, IMO.
Concerning loot, I just finished a pride level where I got 32 randarts and 11 artifacts (no vault, double unique rate). Before that I met a couple of orc ambush and each gave around 10 randarts and a couple of artifacts. The recent loot change completely ruins the pleasure to get loot. Probably some players like this change, but could we have an option "no extra loot", please?
Similarly, some bosses are by far too powerful. Fighting a boss with 12000HP and 120% resist all is a difficult, but interesting (and looong) fight and it it is doable with sufficient resist pen. But what is the interest to get a boss with 240% resist all and 30k+ HP?

Heh, resist modifiers might have gotten a biiiit large on higher ranks... one of the things you notice with normal testing, since debug testing really doesn't show a normal monster curb.
As stated above, however, the point of the highest ranks are to be as hard as possible. Literally to the point of forcing the player to run.
This is something that ToMe has lacked(at least on Normal mode) compared to other roguelikes, having enemies that scare the player to run.
Now yes, this is good in general, but Uniques being a challenge mod at it's core, this is something that could easily fit in to add a new 'side' to the gameplay.

If you don't like to run from enemies, and have gotten used to that, by all means, do try! I will still be lowing the highest rank's resist scale somewhat, but I'm not going to lower it to easy to defeat levels.

I completely agree that very hard bosses are a good thing that are lacking in tome. It leads to interesting tactical strategies to get rid of the mobs around the boss, then to fight him without being toasted. But the player must have the choice and if the boss is invincible, there is no choice.
The simpler would be to had a hard cap to resist all. Players probably have some way to bypass resistances at least around level 40, so, adding a hard cap of something like 60% + player level would be OK. Maybe less in case the boss has some extra resists that add to the resist all...

If all goes well and no massive bugs are found, none were found in the debug testing, this should end up being the final test before it's released.

Nerfed various scaling on higher ranked enemies.
Oozemancer enemies no longer cause issues when spellcasting classes are applied on top.
Elite (not Elite Boss) enemy color changed to a Dark Green, to prevent confusion with Elite Boss.

Vanilla: Locks Randarts to 1, Normal drops still increase based on rank.
Enhanced: Randarts and Normal drops still increase based on rank.
