Damnit people, use getLife not life, otherwise my code thinks its a life cost on the talent.

New version.
- Made dancing lights' taunt weaker. The damage debuff is the same, but actually forcing the target switch uses a full tier less spellpower for passing mental save.
- Counter Flare now gives diminishing returns for larger shield/stealth values. I buffed the base percentages a bit to compensate some. Let me know how you think it balances.
- Fixed the arcanum compatability error.

I just got the same error as above, presumably due to having no open space to summon.

It'd be cool if you could call in your Wisps temporarily for a Bone Shield type timed effect... and if there's no place to summon, they go into your timed effect (and start or refresh its duration).
That would also work in the case of degenerate two-tile Farportal levels.
