Yeti Tissue Reward Addon Request

I understand not many people play the EoR campaign, but I personally feel it serves the purpose of practicing different builds quite well as EoR seems to be faster pace than the AoA campaign. Therefore I really wish the Yeti tissue reward would unlock talent categories that are known but locked. Not sure why DG decided to prohibit that. There's an old addon (for version 1.4.6) probably address that, I just wonder if anyone could make one for the 1.7.4 version? Thank you!
