Great addon! Having fun with the necromancer for the first time. The only issue I've encountered so far is that Dark Binding 1/5 with Twist Essence 4/5 doesn't seem to work on elites and rares (at least on the living ones; haven't met undead elite/rare yet).
Edit: it started working for some reason. Is there a probability to resist the controlling effect or something?

There shouldn't be - aside from the initial check when applying Dark Binding. Let me know if you see it happen again and note any particular pattern, the code for it is a bit weird as it's using the Animus Purge effect from the base game.Ashtero wrote:Great addon! Ok, won the main campaign (for the first time!). Control hasn't worked even once on adventurers. Also there as something strange with controlling killed enemies -- most of the time they simply died, but sometimes I blasted enemies with very low hp and they became controlled (maybe they lucked out and survived the blast somehow).

Like Ashtero, I had some weirdness about Dark Binding and just generally had a rough time getting results from it. When it did work, though, it was great.
Here's my winner, went with a Banshee/Dreadmaster from Recaiden's undead pack so I could have even more minions. Getting the Eggsac of Ungole was a bonus. By endgame I was casually throwing a dozen minions into a fight. Great fun, and a true rampaging-army-of-the-dead playstyle. I'll have ot experiment with the bone giant on another playthrough.
I cleared the Room of Death at level 37, by way of a lot of corner abuse and disposable minions. I died several times in Gorbat superdragon vaults, though - at least two of which were from accidentally saying "send me back" instead of "send me somewhere else", my fault there. Just too much heavy burst damage and no room to throw minions at the problem. Every build's got a weakness, though, and this one worked brilliantly outside of that.
I almost had Atamathon, he was down to 32%, but I just had no real soul generation so I couldn't get enough minions out between shields and stormshields.
Quite fun and I could definitely see myself rolling another. No errors noted, outside of Dark Binding being a bit fiddly at times. I did have one oddity though, the Demilich's elemental bonuses seemed freakishly high. Not sure if intended?
