Short name the only thing must be same in addon updates?

I've slightly changed my username, as well as my preferred email address. Can you do an addon update as long as the short name is the same and the addon version is higher, even if other things are different?

Yes, the addon is bound to your profile, not your profile's name, so as long as you didnt make a new account this should work
