Hello everyone,

Spent a day and a half collecting a ton of mods..
Noticed some of them were made for older versions and so am wondering if any of these might work with latest version.

Could ya do me a favor and look in this list for any that you know do/do not work with 1.5.5 ?
Would be nice if there was a list detailing what mods were added into game via patch~

Also, And this might be asking a lot.. Is there anyone willing to patch outdated mods?
I'm playing with a somewhat low end laptop, Wondering if combining mods into a single pack would improve performance~

Do think this is a collection of really great mods, Maybe this could serve to be a sort of recommended mods thread :)

I'm a bit lazy, so I'm not going to go through every single mod :P

In general you can tell if it works by checking the latest versions. Even then, if it hasn't been updated recently, it could still potentially work, but may have some issues.

For examples, pepper pack has been updated recently and should work with 1.5.5. On the other hand, Double sided weapons and weapons pack haven't been updated in three years, so I highly doubt they will work. You could try if you want, but it's best to use mods that are minimal or have been updated.

I can at the least confirm that the Weapon Pack doesn't work, much to my continued disappointment. 1.4.0 broke it.

Sholtar, Pepper Pack, Nekarcos QoL 1, ZOmnibus, and New Gem Types I can confirm do work.

For your question about mods that were added to the game, I don't recognize any on that list. Razakai's Assassin (Rogue metaclass revamp) and Archer reworks were rolled in at 1.5.

I'm pretty sure all my mods still work.
These being:
Arcanum Class Pack
Verdant Class Pack
Midnight (Class Pack)
Tempus Fugit
Necromancy+
Witherer
No NPC Aggro (or whatever its called)
Faster Adventurer Level Up probably still works, but might not be needed anymore with the hide categories check box.
Possibly others I can't remember in my half asleep state...

Also, I know that Faster Run/Rest/Explore works, and highly recommend it for everyone.

I have no idea how hard it'd be, but I would love to see someone patch/fork/update/whatever grayswandir's Weapons Pack. All I know is that once 1.4.0 dropped, it errored out at the character creation window.

That one is out of my league, sorry. Gray's code is like nothing I've seen anyone else use, and I honestly have no idea what most of it does in practice. To me it looks like it was created to work with an older version of the engine that did not have nearly as many of the built-in modder convinces that the current version includes. Or it was coded to just work around the engine completely. Either way, it's over my head.

Demon Seeds Plus should work in 1.5.x, apart from one issue that is in the base game as well (the Khulmanar shield seed thing).
However, the code of that addon is written fairly "aggressively" (I take full blame for that, I wrote it), so it probably won't get along with the other demon seed mods (haven't tested it, but if they modify the Demon Seed talent in any way, it probably won't work)

No locked Categories works.

I can attest that all of my addons should work with the latest game version, except for a handful of ancient (>4 years old) abandoned ones and a couple that are explicitly marked as deprecated.
