Turtle V 13.1 - Global Speed/NPCS

General - All Turtles (both players and npcs) now have 50% reduction to global speed slows and boosts.
NPCS - All got a health boost. Except Ice Turtle. (This is mostly to their health per level.)
NPCS - Non-Turtlemire turtles got a boost to their talent levels. (Still nowhere near their old power level.)
Volcanic Turtle - Volcano Shell's damage has been slightly nerfed.
Volcanic Turtle - The Heal portion of Magma Heart is now a straight up heal instead of a stacking regeneration effect.

Staaaaaarkeeeeeeep, what have you dont to the turtle cave?! :CC second game already, instead of epic 45+ area i am entering turtlemire(4), which is just like 3 zones before. Help plox

Fixed a bug that broke the Prodigy screen from opening once you earnt a point.

The fact that this only pops up once you GET a prodigy point is very rude, come on now.
Lesson learnt: Don't touch Block. Its a fickle mistress.

Ice Turtles still throwing luas with shell activated + hitting traps like water spouts. Didn't get a screenshot before dying.

Got this when an NPC was messing with an artifact:
It was the elf Anotithil lady in the Unremarkable Cavern.

I havent seen the author of this mod around for a long while. Might be dead unless someone picks it up.

I have tried this add on and it does not work unfortunately

As of 1.7.2, the major issues I see with turtles are:
Turtle specific damage shields spew errors when taking damage from traps or environment.
The turtlemire zone is busted, can't get to the advanced part.
The previously mentioned load hanging.
For the most part, I work around those by disabling turtle shields as necessary, avoiding turtlemire, and saving before every zone exit. It's inconvenient, but I like my turtles. Starkeep, wherefore art thou?
