Alright, I added the option to reduce or eliminate the ability of golems to have their own golems.
I also removed the individual traps from the list of learnable talents. I'm not really sure why they're marked allow_random in the first place.

Or for added fun, an option that lets both you and your allies gain random talents? (currently if you switch to your golem right before gaining a level for instance, he gains a talent while you don't get anything, and vice versa. Would be nice if they could both get talents at the same time) For extra hilarity it could also affect any other kind of ally or summon you use.ghostbuster wrote:As a challenge, could we also have an option "enemies only"?

so by "get random talent on levelup", is this a random NEW talent only, or can could this increase the level of an existing talent?

It can either give you a new talent or increase an existing one (even above 5).

This addon is out of control. Turning on chaos for everyone...its obscene. Absolutely ridiculous.
I had worm masses multiplying all over the place, all of them spamming me with chronomancy. I couldn't go anywhere because they just kept stunning and teleporting me.
And the golems? My god the golems. I have Ooze, and my damn bloated Oozes keep getting golems. My party bar is full of Golems I can't command and wont follow me!
Madness. Absolute madness.

I know this is not exactly meant to work properly, but I wouldn't mind having at least some control over what talents you get. It definitely would be unbalanced, but could be nerfed with experience penalty. If it's possible, there could be options to gain only talents that use same resources your existing talents do, or gaining any of spells/mind powers/techniques/etc. It would feel more like role playing character rather than just silly randomness, and prevents having lots of useless talents you either don't want or can't use properly.
