NPC turtles with their regeneration buff and low-cooldown damage shield seem really annoying for some characters. I couldn't kill one under Nur with an Alchemist recently. It couldn't really hurt me, either, so it was kind of a boring slug-fest until I just walked away.

The regen seemed to cap out at 50/turn which is really quite a lot for a free buff.

Been delaying any form of coding due to a certain other roguelike suddenly taking up my time in the wait for Ashes. :oops:

Spiked Shell
-Min damage reflection changed to 10% of your Constitution from 1% of your Max Life.

Turtle Heart
-Min value lowered from 1-5% of your Constitution to 0.5-2% of your Constitution
-Max value lowered from 20-100% of your Constitution to 20-50% of your Constitution
-% of reflected damage converted lowered from 125-375%(35-75%) to 50-175%(25-50%)
--Values for reflected damage based on Constitution at 110.

HomeGuard
-Removed Max Life scaling
-Increased Constitution scaling


MegaTurtle

Mega Spiked Shell

I'm now level 38 but can't find turtlemire :(

Anyway very fun addon :)
Not good at english. but loves this game :)

If you're using zOmnibus, then you can "Go To Landmark" for any zone on the current world map.

If you're not using zOmnibus, do. :)

I've spent more time running around in circles avoiding turtles than I have fighting them.
I've even had a character get trapped in a stalemate in a tunnel between 2 turtles, poor guy was abandoned there.

The Turtlemire seems to disapear once you get to about level 20.

Starkeep, i'm sorry to bother you, but i find the turtlemire disappearing really frustrating. I want to play through it, but it seems to only be there for a really short period of time; lvl 12 to lvl 14. Would you please release a version where it doesn't go away?

My character plays normally untill I step onto lava. This error will occur during normal combat or also when there are no enemies around. I just have to step on vor armory lava. I am guessing this error will prevent me from completing the charred scar.

This is accompanied by an error reporting dialog spam and this error occurs repeatedly. The game will contineue tho and the enemies will kill you while you are unable to respond.

I am using other mod with this turtle one. It can possibly be a compatibility issue.

this is mod list i have activated.

Upon becoming aware of this problem my attention was drawn to an error I had experienced in the levelup screen for half orcs. and if my memory from over a year ago is correct it may be necessary to trigger this error to replicate the lava error. I have posted a bug report for that levelup error on the halforc thread.

I hope that this helps you fix the problem.6

btw, there were no turtles hurt in the making of this error message

Due to a bug with Callbacks, damage numbers will not pop up for damage dealt by Ice, Normal, or Mega shells.
The damage still applies, you get exp credit, and it shows in your log, but this is just a heads up.

Nerfed Ice Turtle's shield that is applied when no shield is currently active by 50%.

Just have your new content swap itself in when 1.3 is detected.
