Planned Stratagies

Unlock Stat Requirements are Cunning
"You Gain +X Physical and Mental Power, these scale (Minimally) off of Willpower and Dexterity. You are able to Equip Gauntlets and gain a Bonus to Unarmed Strikes. Aditionally, You can equip One Handed Weapons other than daggers or mindstars to Parry attacks. Note that you will not gain additional attacks from the Offhand Weapon.
(Rank + Dex)% of the Offhand Weapon's Damage is converted to Defence.
(Rank * 2)% Chance to Block Melee attacks, Reducing Physical and Mind Damage by (Rank% + (Dex+Wil) / 2)% of the Weapon's Damage.
At rank 4 You use Willpower instead of Strength for One handed Weapons and Gloves."
NOTES: The Unarmed Bonus essentially Means that They get all of the applicable bonuses that Brawlers do. They also Evade the Requirement to Equip Gauntlets only.
The Will/Dex Scaling of Phys and Mental Power is mostly to allow some gains to Still be obtained after Level 29.
Daggers and Mindstars Still Behave as Normal, allowing a Second attack.
The STR=>WIL Does not affect Two-handed Weapons, and does affect Gauntlets and Gloves.
Violent Plans
Unlocks at level 4, 6, 8, 10, 12
Unlock Stat requirements are Cunning
"Deploy some Extreamly Violent Plans, Increasing Physical and Mind Damage by (Talent Level% + Cunning%)%. [LIST OF AFFECTED SKILLS HERE] all have their Cooldowns reduced by (Talent Level%) Turns.
You Can only Deploy one plan at a Time."
Evasive Plans
Unlocks at level 4, 6, 8, 10, 12
Unlock Stat Requirements are Cunning
"Plan Ahead, Counting on your Evasive Prowess to do what you please. Increases your Defence by (Dex% + (.5 * Talent Level) and your Movement Speed by (Talent Level * X).
You can only Deploy one Plan at a time."
Destructive Plans
Unlocks at Level 4, 6, 8, 10, 12
Unlock Stat requirements are Cunning
"Unleash Your Will, Increasing the destructive potential of your Abilities. All Knockback on your Foes is increased by(Talent Level Rounded Down). Aditionally, If they collide with a Wall, They Take (Will%)% increased damage, and the They Break the Wall they collided with.
You can only Deploy One plan at a Time."
NOTES ON ALL THREE PLANS: These are intended to Allow flexibility with a limited set of Moves.
They are all avaliable at level 4, and do not Require a point in any of the Previous Talents.

"You Now Gain HP and Physical Save from your Willpower. Your Life Regeneration Now Also affects your Psi Pool.
Activating This ability Converts ((1.5 * Talent Level) + Cunning%)% of your current Psi into X HP."
NOTES: The Conversion transfers at a Rate of .75, .9, 1.05, 1.2, 1.35 of the Psi Used.
The Gain HP and Phys Save Gain Per Will is Always Less than a Point of Con.
Matter is Mind
Unlocks at level 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Unlock Stat Requirements are Willpower
"Your Dexterity Now grants Bonus Psi and Psi regeneration.
Activating this Ability Converts ((1.5 * Talent Level) + Cunning%)% of your Current HP into X Psi.
NOTES: Same as above... except for the Psi Regen. There's none of that ATM.
Mind Using Matter
Unlocks at Level 8, 9, 10, 11, 12
Unlock Stat Requirements are Willpower
"You spend a Great amount of time thinking about how you can Improve your Armor. This Increases the Defence and Movement Speed, while wearing Leather and Light Armor, by (Talent Level% + (Cunning+Willpower) / 2)%.
NOTES: This is intended as a Replacement for the Mobility Tree, as None of This Class's Talents use Stamina.
It also Trades Armor Hardiness for Movement Speed.
Energy Diffusion
Unlocks at 12, 13, 14, 15, 16
Unlock Requirements are Willpower
"Toy around with the Energy being Thrown at you, Converting (Talent Level% + Cunning%)% of non-Physical Damage into Psi, at a Rate of X.
NOTES: This is intended to work with Mind Using Matter to Provide a Large amount of Defence (For Melee Blows) and a Moderate amount of Resists.
