Add On Request: No Starter Transmogrification Chest

If I could ask a favor:

Could somebody do an add-on that disables the starter Transmogrification chest? (That is, the one you start the game with, not one you find randomly nor the one you get at the Fortress.)

I'd like to be able to experiment to figure out roughly how much the starter chest changes the game for certain advanced classes and races (*cough* Undead *cough*) without repeatedly editing the unlocks file every time I get a character past the Fortress.
