no not OP, extremely useful. I can swap gems out as I please. Sure the ring itself isnt that great, but I can not only change it for higher tiers, I can also swap gems based on the situation which is nothing to sneeze at.
It makes up for the fact that I finally find the wrap of stone and I CANT USE IT
another observation, I think spiked tentacles is either not behaving right, or the description is wrong. It says it does 4.95 dmg per turn, but its doing 29 per turn to bill and really messing him up
1. Why make Tentacle Mastery unlearnable? I didn't notice it was at first and that was somewhat annoying.
2. Ring is very nice but has a minor bug - the first time I used it, it duplicated itself in the hotkey bar. Might be because of the name change?
3. Have you considered having the player start with phase door rather than wild? Might make them more magical(and that's what Shalore get). Also works well if you get the fire eye talent that can hurt yourself and are surrounded.
4. Spiked Tentacles typo: posion->poison
5. Are you 100% sure the 'ignore sleeping targets' code on Tentacle Mastery is working as intended? It didn't seem to against Bill...
6. Noticed you changed Extraplanar Origin to require > 50 damage for phasing. That's a fixed amount so at later levels it would still trigger like, all of the time..why not use something like 20% of max life instead?

LUA Error when trying to replace the gem in my ring with a higher tier gem. It works fine when swapping for gems of the same tier, but better ones it breaks with:

I've been having fun subjecting beholders to horrible deaths in the ID, but I noticed that I don't get the quest or the item eating talent while playing through the ID... any idea why?
EDIT: Also, I had just downloaded the latest version and I'm getting LUA errors when I try to resocket the ring.
The conflict with arcanum should have been resolved. I FINALLY understand the ring bug.
Generally I load up a new game each time I test something but never reload it from a new game. This only was occuring when I exited the game and then reloaded an old save. Will upload a new save after the morning meetings!
