Version 1.1.0 has been uploaded, with a large reworking of the code, lots of fixes and minor changes. Thank you all who have provided feedback, and to lukep especially for advice. Please continue to keep me updated on your thoughts.

I was going to try the new version out. The first thing i noticed, my char has ACC of 100 at the beginning. I guess this is not intended

Hey,
Ale the bonuses from lack of health are now correcty displayed with the exception of all Resistances. This one (quite important i guess) is still missing.
another question regarding Retentles Assoult:
Do You plan to nerf this skil a bit? in the last version I played (1.0.0) i got till the Prides. With the correct prodigy (the nandoren one) i was able to make 17 hits 600 - 800 dam per hit. so I was able to deliver about 12k - 15k damage/round. And I was level 36 at this point...
Maybe limiting the number of blows to 4,4,5,5,6. Additionally let it only be used after a big hit was taken (50%,45,40,35,30) of total life. This way it could not be abused or used as an opener in boss fights.

I'm not sure what you mean about resistances, unless you're talking about the ALL resistance increasing in addition to the individual resistances. I had not planned to include this one, but perhaps I could word it better to make that clear.
Relentless Assault has been fixed (there was a small bug that could result in way too much damage), plus I toned it down a bit after that. If it is still a problem now, please let me know.

With All resistances I meant the effect you get from the countervail talent. According to the description it should raise resistances by a certain amount. I assume Resist All is here meant.I'm not sure what you mean about resistances, unless you're talking about the ALL resistance increasing in addition to the individual resistances

Ok,
Now I know what is going on with the resistances. Each one of the existing resistances is increased. But i guess it would be sufficient, if RESIST ALL would be increased. The effect shoud be the same.

I just played the class till level 33. Here are some comments regarding the balance of the class:
Generally, the class is very strong, currently in the OP department. There are the 2 main reasons why:
Carpe Commodum and Critical Massacre. Foremost CM is the problem here. I played a Double Wear sword, dagger character, aiming for high crit. After 33 levels i have almost 200 Bonus HP from the 2 skills and 114% Crit Damage. This is without any gamey tactics, just focusing on crit talents and weapons. I thing the Crit Damage bonus and HP bonus should be capped.
Carpe Commodum : HP at 150, Stamina at 100 (the gain ratio could use a tweak also)
Critical Massacre: HP at 150, Crit Bonus at 30% (here a tweak would also help). Higher Bonus Crit damage sould be reserved for Corrupter classes in my opinion. The HP gain after Crit could also use a nerf. Right now im gaing 103hp per crit, in dual wielding high crit build this means 100 - 200 hp per turn.
Relentness Assault is still a bit OP - 10 Hits 105% weapon damage is still very high. You can regen Stamina very quickly so the temporal loss of all of it is not a problem. Maybe allowing the skill to be used only when the char is lacking a certain amount of health would fix the problem.

Hey, JSands. I have started to play a vanguard yesterday and the class feels really polished and immensely fun to play. Just one minor issue - the latest version 1.2.1 fails to register online. I'm not sure what is causing that, but maybe is the fact that you have given the addon version number (1.2.1) in the required field for the engine number (1.0.0) on http://te4.org/addons/tome.

I do have to say I love this class. A wide variety of skills as well as permanent buffs are always nice. Please fix it so it registers online.

Hey JSands, just wanted to thank you for the awesome class, bro. Just sank 14 hours of time into Vanguard and played it through the entire campaign (shame I can't post character dump because current version doesn't let you register online). Class is incredibly powerful, easily equal to Oozemancer in terms of power. I would say it's a bit unbalanced in a few areas, namely Critical Massacre being a potentially infinite source of HP, and the fact that many of the crucial talents scale with constitution encourages constitution stacking means that you end up with a absolutely ridiculous amount of HP. I had 100% critical strike rating by level 40 or so and I was sitting on 2300 HP after killing Atamathon, around 500 of that purely from Critical Massacre (http://i.imgur.com/gFOtGjS.jpg - don't have Stalwart Constitution activated in that pic, so my con is really around 113), which seemed a bit excessive when I was one-shotting 6500 HP uniques with Relentless Assault. I feel in the interest of balance it might be an idea to tone down Relentless Assault a bit more, add a cap to Critical Massacre, change some of the Constitution scaling attacks to Strength or Dex to make the class feel a bit squishier early game, and also change Blitzkrieg so that it refreshes less skills, I was only really using Relentless Assault, Unstoppable Force, Whirling Dervish, Death Dance and Stunning Blow to attack, and Blitzkrieg would refresh every single one of them, so I was absolutely wrecking things. My resistances also absolutely skyrocketed when on low health, once I got Fungus I was fairly invincible even without getting all of the talents in Courting Death.
All in all though, it's a damn fun class to play. Really strong and really enjoyable and I hope you keep working on it. Cheers for the good work.
