Turn-free weapon set management

A simple little addon that removes the turn penalty for examining weapon sets on the inventory screen. It still takes a turn to equip or remove gear, but changing weapon set tabs is instantaneous. Changing the active set on the inventory screen is not permanent; you'll have to change sets on the game screen.
