Do addons disable achievements/unlocks?

I'm considering installing No Traps, but I'm hesitant because I'm concerned about my ability to unlock.

If I install No Traps (or another addon), will I still be able to unlock classes, races, etc?

If it's an add-on uploaded to te4.org you'll even stay registered in the vault.
