I find the Ruined Dungeon often has ridiculously hard enemies for what is supposed to be T2 dungeon. Yesterday I went in at lvl 23 and barely made it out alive when some monster nearly one-shotted me a few times, and it was fast too. If I hadn't been a Doomelf I wouldn't have made it.
