Why does my character have a -60% fire damage malus?

Why does my character have a -60% fire damage malus?
I am playing a Kruk Yeti berserker, and for some reason it seems to have a -60% fire damage malus, and I can't figure out why. To add to the weirdness, it doesn't show up in the online character sheet. It does show up ingame, here is a screenshot. What is going on here?
